This is a great cooking thermometer. If you are anything like me you are paranoid when cooking certain meats, for me its chicken and pork. I am so paranoid that multiple times I overcooked the meat and it was dry and tough. This meat thermometer has changed all of that, now my meats come out juicy and at the perfect temperature. This thermometer is so sleek in design that it fits right in the silverware drawer. It is super easy to use, just turn it on and wait but remember don't go to close to the bone or you won't get an accurate reading. The only thing that I would have liked would have been a list of the different meats and what temperature they should be cooked to. I would definitely recommend this one. :)
